SPECIAL NOTES

RENDER THIS!

Does your satin lack lustre? Is your lace lacking? Is your faux fur far from fabulous?
Then this workshop is just for you! Draw along with Loretta Tedeschi-Cuoco as she shares valuable insights and tricks into the art of stylising textures and patterns to give more depth to your fashion drawings.

Drawing from a top catwalk fashion model!

In this structured and fast-paced class we will work from a top catwalk fashion model delivering a range of short and longer poses that showcase a variety of fabrics and textures. Loretta will let you in on her targeted and focused approach, selecting the tools and mediums to get the job done and give your work that professional edge.

There will be opportunities to share work and gain feedback on your work. A list of supplies will be made available to participants before the session, but please feel free to use whatever you have on hand. This is a class for all skill levels from complete beginners to fashion illustration professionals. All our welcome!

A glittering Fashion Illustration career!

Loretta worked as a fashion illustrator in NY for over thirty years - a brief list of clients include Polo Ralph Lauren, Disney, Burberry's, Macy's and NIKE while she simultaneously taught those same design and illustration skills to students at Parsons School of Design. She also briefly taught at NY's Fashion Institute of Technology, at the Parsons in Paris campus and ran an Intensive Workshop at UTT in Tobago. Upon relocating to Arizona, she taught in the BA Program at ASU. These days, she can be found working Live Sketch events at Ferragamo, leading a fashion illustration workshop at the Phoenix Art Museum or in her studio, creating fashion-related art for upcoming exhibitions.
